We make an effort to provide a quick turnaround on our linen backing service. Most 1-Sheet posters will be completed in about 7-14 days after we receive the posters. Larger posters, Posters requiring extra work, or more extensive restoration may take a bit more time. In this case, the extra time will most likely be pre arranged with the buyer before hand.

Once you have completed checkout, we will contact you shortly with instructions and an address to send your submission. It is your responsibility to have the posters delivered to us. For folded posters, flat packed in a stiff envelope is adequate, for rolled posters, a square mailing tube is the preferred method. Round tubes tend to get lost in the mail, so we recommend using square tubes.

Many posters come in non standard (27x41") sizes. If you are unsure about what category our poster belongs to, or if its size will qualify, please send us a message and we will confirm that is can be done. If your poster has a lot damage or an issue that may need extra work such as excessive tape removal, please message us and if you can include an image of the poster as well as the area of concern. We can asses the issue and determine if it exceeds the basic restoration included in the base price or if we need to include any additional charges for the extra work.

Our one price is an all inclusive bundle. We believe every poster needs to be completely restored during the linen backing process. We inspect posters for authenticity, remove any writing and markings from the back, remove minimal tape and tack, de-acid wash the poster, provide bleaching to remove mold, browning, and foxing, to restore the original color of the poster, backed using reversible PH-balanced wheat starch adhesive, and full color restoration of all fold lines and any other minor defects on the poster surface. Much like many chefs will refuse to cook a high end cut of steak well-done, We also believe it is improper to skip steps such as bleaching and tape removal and to then proceed to linen-back a poster that has browning or mold stains. This just cements that damage into place and makes those restorations much more difficult and very costly to do in the future, as the only way to then go back and clean the poster is to remove it from the backing, clean it, and redo the entire process all over again. So our base service include services that others charge additional fees for, such as de-acid washing, bleaching, and ph balancing of the paste, as this is the only proper way to back a poster and we feel that its borderline unethical to not do all of these steps if backing a poster, just to make a few extra dollars with add on's that should never be excluded in the first place.

The basic price covers the full restoration and backing for the majority of posters. Posters that may need extra fees would be posters needing excessive work done to either remove tape, restore areas of missing paper, and significant areas of surface damage that need to be recolored. Most posters in Good condition or better will not require any additional work beyond what we already provide. If you feel your poster may need a bit more work to complete, please message us with photographs of your poster and we can make an assessment on what may needs to be done to restore it 100% and what the extra costs will be.

Although this is fairly uncommon, we will allow you to drop off your posters in person if you are able to. We are located in Manchester NH. We will also allow in person local pickup as well. If this is your desired option for pickup, please select this option for shipping when you are checking out, There will still be a minimal fee (about $10) as we will need to package and prepare the posters for safe pickup/transportation.

We will accept returns of Movie posters sold on our site within 15 days of receipt. The poster needs to be returned to us in the same condition it was received. We will inspect posters before issuing any refunds.

If a poster is damaged in shipping, please reach out to us. Include photos of the damaged poster, as well as photos of the packaging that shows any damage. After that we can arrange for a return of the damaged item for a refund.
